Planning Committee: decision on 100 Avenue Rd this Thursday June 5th 7pm Camden Town Hall, Judd Street

The Belsize Society kindly requests your support at this meeting.  Having members in the public gallery will help show the level of opposition to this scheme.

The committee will decide on the redesigned 26 storey tower and stump building, with a 29% increase in residential units over the previous scheme, many likely to be sold overseas, increased commercial space, red brick cladding of the tower and most damagingly, having all the service traffic – deliveries, waste, contractors, removals – to the completed building passing over the Eton Avenue pedestrian piazza risking the many pedestrians, playing children, theatre goers, Farmers’ Market and daily food stalls.
